Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service in hotel lobby and common areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with housekeeping teams
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Maintain pristine lobby and amenity areas
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM) and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
