Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy in orders and timing
- Process payments efficiently through POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless service coordination
- Upsell premium menu items and seasonal specials
- Maintain immaculate table settings and cleanliness standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience in NYC establishments
- Availability for 3-5 evening shifts weekly including weekends
- Knowledge of wine pairings and cocktail menu mastery
- Ability to multitask during peak rush periods (7 PM-9 PM)
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
