Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional welcome to all guests during evening hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist with event setup and venue preparation for evening activities
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Support inventory management and basic administrative tasks
Qualifications

- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM, weekends included)

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

- Reliable transportation to downtown DC location
