Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our premium downtown location
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve inquiries promptly
- Maintain immaculate facility standards across public and private areas
- Coordinate with team members for seamless weekend operations
- Assist with event setup and weekend special programming
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Contribute to a positive team culture during peak weekend periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
