Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests in hotel lobby and common areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Assist with event setup and weekend hospitality functions
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public spaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in retail/hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays with flexible availability
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
