Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, wine lists, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the dining area.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and resolve customer inquiries with poise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
