Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Manage reservation systems and waitlist during busy evening hours
- Coordinate with servers to ensure optimal table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain clean, organized host stand and entryway areas
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned
- Collaborate with FOH team to enhance guest experience
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous host/server experience preferred
