Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm hospitality
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail and timing
- Process payments efficiently and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Maintain clean, organized dining stations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4pm-11pm)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team player with positive attitude under pressure
