Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout common areas
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, lounge, and entrance areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekend staff briefings and training sessions
