Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservation systems and process payments accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute daily property inspections and security protocols
- Upsell premium services and local attractions
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Weekend/evening availability required (Fri-Sun, 4PM-12AM)
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
