Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.
- Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions, handle returns, and manage cash drawers.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and the sales floor is pristine.
- Support weekend promotional events, pop-up sales, and in-store activities to drive traffic and engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
