Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the appropriate equipment for their specific needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, rentals, and returns accurately.
- Assist in the organization, stocking, and inventory control of retail displays and equipment storage areas.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, inspected, and maintained in accordance with safety standards before and after customer use.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Cash handling and daily reconciliation tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory calculations.
- Proficiency with computers and POS software.
