Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked. Restock merchandise and arrange displays to maximize sales.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and gift cards efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, check for damaged goods, and report shortages to management promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak hours to ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
