Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and guest inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Assist with weekend event coordination and concierge services
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and events
