Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service with warm, professional interactions during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Manage venue access and seating arrangements during peak evening operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless evening operations
- Maintain pristine venue appearance and safety standards throughout shifts
- Support inventory management and restocking during evening transitions
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/credit transactions
- Professional appearance and energetic demeanor
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US
- Flexibility to cover varying evening shifts (4PM-2AM)
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
