Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service to guests during evening hours
- Accurately take and process food/beverage orders
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages
- Maintain pristine table settings and cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service
- Handle POS transactions and cash management
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining/server experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced evening environments
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- TAMS/POS system proficiency
- DC Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) certification
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
