Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service during evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly handle food orders and beverage service for 15-20 tables
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions
- Maintain pristine dining area cleanliness and restock stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic POS system knowledge
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
- Valid Florida Food Handler Card (or obtainable within 30 days)
