Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Manage weekend operations including reservations, seating, and special event coordination
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on service standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and venue revenue
- Maintain pristine venue standards through regular cleanliness checks
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software
- Must be 21+ with ability to obtain Texas Food Handler certification
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
