Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during evening hours
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Prepare and maintain resort facilities for evening operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
