Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, friendly table service during evening hours (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Accurately process orders and payments via POS system
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover efficiency
- Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff for seamless service
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant or hospitality service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (minimum 3 nights/week)
- Basic knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
