Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and registration processes at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and informational packets to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, including furniture arrangement and signage placement
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance throughout event duration
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event transitions
- Support post-event breakdown and cleanup procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and/or Sundays with weekday flexibility
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Philadelphia
- Must pass basic background check
