Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend festivals, conferences, and private events
- Manage venue setup, registration, and attendee flow coordination
- Operate POS systems for ticketing and merchandise sales
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Resolve guest inquiries with professional problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Available weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- 18+ years old (alcohol service events require TABC certification)
