Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, including setting tables, polishing glassware, and clearing dishes.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions securely and handle cash.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and nights.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
