Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns including tent installations, staging, and decor placement
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive hospitality and venue navigation assistance
- Manage VIP access points and credential verification for high-profile attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and onsite teams to ensure operational excellence
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during large-scale events
- Collect and reconcile payments for premium services and merchandise
- Document event metrics and provide post-shift performance feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling (6am-11pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and polished professional demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to event sites
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system proficiency
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
