Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification
- Operate event-specific equipment (ticket scanners, signage)
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown
- Report operational issues to event managers
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid US work authorization
- Reliable transportation to downtown Phoenix venues
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass basic background check
