Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/outs, reservation management, and payment processing
- Maintain pristine property standards including common areas, guest rooms, and facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and anticipate needs proactively
- Process secure transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Support seasonal events and promotional activities during peak weekends
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 16 hours/week)
