Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during weekend events, conventions, and special performances
- Manage guest flow and ensure safety protocols at high-traffic venues (pool areas, event spaces, entrances)
- Assist with event setup/breakdown including seating arrangements and decor placement
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with security, valet, and hospitality teams for seamless operations
- Monitor inventory of event supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict health and safety standards for guest and staff wellbeing
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Must pass background check and obtain gaming license if required
- Ability to work in all weather conditions (outdoor events)
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and crowd control
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
