Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket validation
- Coordinate vendor booth setups and operations
- Assist with crowd flow and safety protocols
- Execute promotional activities and brand activations
- Handle basic inventory and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service at all touchpoints
- Collaborate with team leads during event transitions
Qualifications
- Available every Saturday and Sunday (6am-10pm shifts)
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license for equipment transport
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
