Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend festivals and corporate events
- Manage guest registration and credential verification processes
- Assist with venue setup, equipment checks, and teardown operations
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident documentation
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments
- Basic tech proficiency (registration software, radios)
