Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket validation at high-profile weekend events
- Ensure venue safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed
- Coordinate with vendors and event staff for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and cleanliness maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and resolve guest inquiries promptly
Qualifications
- Available Friday-Sunday evenings (5 PM - 1 AM) and occasional holidays
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor settings
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish fluency a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude under pressure
- Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Willingness to work in various Miami locations (transportation provided)
