Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote local Las Vegas attractions to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts is mandatory.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
