Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Assist with venue setup and breakdown according to event schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations
- Manage inventory and equipment during event execution
- Document incidents and report to on-site management
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Flexibility to work across Jacksonville metro locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
