Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Ensure venue safety and crowd control protocols
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Report operational issues to event leads
Qualifications
- Available weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- 18+ years old with valid ID
- Basic POS/cash handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Flexibility with outdoor/indoor environments
- Customer service mindset with positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to event locations
