Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Assist with crowd control and guest wayfinding during events
- Coordinate with security and vendor teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Support setup/breakdown of event spaces as needed
- Report operational issues to event coordinators
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with flexible hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville locations
- Must be 18+ years old
