Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification at entry points
- Assist with crowd control and venue navigation guidance
- Distribute promotional materials and event information
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Respond to guest inquiries with professional courtesy
- Support setup/breakdown of event infrastructure
- Report operational issues to on-site managers
Qualifications
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts only)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of event management software
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for venue transport)
- Must pass background check
- 18+ years of age
