Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and attendee check-in processes
- Manage vendor coordination and supply inventory at event stations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot attendee inquiries
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain event flow and timelines
- Document attendance metrics and operational feedback
- Represent client brands with professional appearance and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-11pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to multiple Omaha venues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
- 18+ years old with valid ID
