Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at festivals, conferences, and private events
- Manage event setup, registration, and breakdown logistics
- Assist with crowd control and venue safety protocols
- Operate event technology (check-in systems, AV equipment)
- Handle cash transactions and sales for vendor partners
- Maintain pristine venue appearance throughout shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event demands
- Basic POS/cash handling knowledge
