Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols
- Distribute materials and maintain event supplies inventory
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event spaces and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve on-site issues
- Complete shift paperwork and daily reporting
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic customer service experience preferred
- Flexible schedule with short-notice availability
- Must pass standard background check
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
