Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and teardown procedures efficiently
- Provide exceptional guest assistance and information services
- Manage vendor coordination and supply inventory
- Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with crowd flow management and guest registration
- Operate basic AV equipment and event technology
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-8pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Flexible availability for occasional weekday training
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- Basic knowledge of event technology systems
