Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at weekend festivals and corporate events
- Manage attendee registration and ticket scanning operations
- Execute venue setup/breakdown procedures efficiently
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless operations
- Assist with crowd control and emergency protocols
- Maintain brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
- Document event metrics and provide post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Prioritize customer service excellence in high-energy environments
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania ID and reliable transportation
- Previous event/conference experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
