Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and venue navigation assistance
- Enforce venue safety protocols and crowd control measures
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and concessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event infrastructure
- Report incidents and maintain accurate activity logs
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous event/concert staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic POS system familiarity or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- 18+ years of age with flexible schedule availability
