Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance at weekend concerts, festivals, and sporting events
- Manage venue entry points and ticket verification with precision
- Assist with crowd control and ensure guest safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with attendees enthusiastically
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts

Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license required
