Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket verification with efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Monitor venue entrances and enforce safety protocols
- Assist with setup/breakdown of event equipment and signage
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Distribute promotional materials and collect feedback
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Arizona ID and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability for last-minute assignments
