Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend festivals, concerts, and private events
- Manage event registration, ticket scanning, and attendee flow
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain brand standards through consistent communication
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (for venue transport)
- Flexible schedule to accommodate event-specific needs
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check and drug screening
