Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at weekend events and festivals
- Manage guest check-ins, ticket scanning, and venue access
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance tasks
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during events

Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods in outdoor conditions
