Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with warm professionalism
- Manage guest check-ins/out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Prepare and maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly following brand standards
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if transportation required)
- Knowledge of New Orleans tourism landscape preferred
