Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system efficiently.
- Present menus and answer questions about ingredients, preparation, and specials.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including wiping down tables and restocking supplies.
- Cash out tables accurately and process payments securely.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evenings.
- Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
