Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entry points
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Execute setup/breakdown of event infrastructure including tents, signage, and barriers
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with venue safety protocols
- Collaborate with team leads to implement emergency response procedures
- Assist with vendor coordination and inventory management
- Document event activities through photo/video updates as requested
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in fast-paced environments
