Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and credential verification at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor event spaces and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Assist with setup/teardown of event infrastructure including tents and signage
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain orderly crowd flow
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Colorado Driver's License preferred (for equipment transport)
- Previous event/conference experience a plus
- Must pass basic background check
