Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and ticket scanning at venue entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service during events
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue policies
- Assist with setup/teardown of event spaces
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check
- 18+ years of age required
